Regarding the above-mentioned subject. "Square Engineering Firm" in Egypt is launching a new branch in KSA as "National Square Company for General Contracting".

We are initiating the execution of 57 residential apartment buildings and 765 residential villas at BANAN Project in Riyadh, KSA.

Considering that the required scope of work to be supplied(Concrete Ready Mix)

Square Co.  invites you to submit your offer to supply/subcontract and complete the whole of the mentioned scope described herein, under the terms of the Supplier Conditions and in accordance with the General and Special Conditions of Supplying/Subcontracting, Bill of Quantities, Specification, and Drawings.

Your quotation should be returned to Square Co.  Purchasing Department' within 3 working days, in one envelope / Mail, or email in the same thread including the following documents:

1.  The "Bill of Quantities" (Excel sheets & Stamped PDF files) and to be valid for 30 days (avoid any variations that could be reflected in the rate or which could disqualify your offer from our Evaluation).
2.  Prequalification and related technical documents(design, datasheet ,samples, drawings.....etc.)
3. Your quotations should mention that you had read and acknowledged all the (specification, material submittals,... etc.) project-related documents mentioned in Square Co.  Request for Quotation.
4.  Your offer should include all types of taxes, shipping, customs, etc.
5.  Payment terms.
6. Delivery Schedule (DDP)
